The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # DT82QR and Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13416 are both fits for a 2020 Toyota RAV4 and install in the exact same manner. I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver simply for the fact that the powder coat is more durable so less chips and scratches will occur. There is not any drilling or cutting required whatsoever and we only have to tighten a total of four bolts. That said, you may struggle with the passenger side bolts due to the lack of clearance. The instructions call for a special dogbone adapter or crowsfoot wrench, however, we did not find this to be needed which you can see from the attached install video. Therefore, basic hand tools should allow you to install the Curt hitch on a Toyota RAV4 no problem.
I have attached an install photo for you as well as a few other parts you might consider if towing a trailer.
