What Height Above Bed Rails Does the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjust To?

Question:

I have a jeep gladiator with a soft top. The soft top I believe sits a little higher than the hard top. With adjustable rack in the full height position will it be higher than my soft top. I would be sometimes using it as a ladder rack so I need the clearance. Thanks

The Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed ladder rack # Y01151-57 is adjustable between 19"-30" above the truck bed rails. I can confirm, as a fellow Jeep owner, that your soft top is going to be slightly taller than the hard top when installed. With that being said, the difference is negligible- on my JKU the difference is about 1-1/2" at the tallest spot between the soft and hard top (which is at the frame arms).

I was not able to find anything that says exactly how tall the tops on the Jeep Gladiator are from the bed rails, so you'll need to measure the distance from the top of your bed rails to the top of your soft top in order to determine whether or not this will be able to have ladders loaded without impacting the soft top.
