I can almost guarantee this will fit your setup without having you check but you should check the awning arms/heads for brand and model number to verify fit. If you have something else let me know and I'll see what we have.

I have a 2020 Lance model 1985 with a 16 awning. Will this fit?

There's a really good chance that the Solera Family Room # LC362231 will fit your 16 foot awning but I would still check your existing awning brand just to be sure. This works with Carefree, Dometic, and Solera awnings. If you have a different brand just let me know.

The good news is that the Solera Family Room # LC362231 fits all of the current Dometic awnings. So for your 2018 Forest River Salem you wouldn't have to determine what you have before knowing if this would fit.
