How To Determine Where Leaf Spring Hangers Should Be Placed
Question:
I would like to know where to put my front spring hanger from the front of the trailer. the trailer is 16 feet or 4.8 mt long 2mt wide . Not including the draw bar the springs are rocker roller 1575 center to center 60mm wide

The leaf spring hanger positions are largely dependent on which exact equalizers, exact leaf springs, and exact shackle straps you will be using as the length of these components is then what makes up the hanger positions. That said, I would not be able to provide exact distances with the information provided.
For example, if you were to use the Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs part # APT3 with the 5-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 6,000-lb Trailer Axles part # e34SR. The front and rear leaf spring hanger would need to be placed 29-1/2" in front and behind the center leaf spring hanger. The center leaf spring hanger would then need to be placed in between the two axles. I recommend you verify the axle placement using the photo below before installing the leaf spring hangers.
