If you are seeing a green light on the front of your Tekonsha Voyager part # 39510 that means the controller is thinking it is sensing a connection to trailer brakes. When this is seen without a trailer connected this almost always is a bit of corrosion on the brake output pin of the vehicle's 7-way which is in the 5:00 position. The corrosion puts a small amperage draw on the circuit which the controller thinks is the draw of brake magnets. If you take some sandpaper to this pin you should see the false connection message go away.
You can also check for corrosion on the back of the 7-way as well. Does the controller seem to work like normal when connected to a trailer as well?
I also attached a link to a page that covers troubleshooting brake controller installs for you to check out as well.
