To answer the first part of your question, yes; the Saris Bones # SA805BL will fit on your 2018 Honda CR-V. However, you're not going to be able to safely open the hatch when bikes are loaded onto the rack. On top of the weight of the bikes being too much for the shocks that hold the rear hatch open, you run the risk of damaging the vehicle by pinching the hooks against the aluminum panels.
Your best bet for carrying bikes and still having access to the rear cargo area of your vehicle is using a tilting hitch mounted rack, like the Thule Camber 2 part # TH9058 . This rack fits in both 1-1/4" or 2" hitch receiver openings and will tilt away from the rear of your vehicle to allow you access to your rear cargo area; I've attached a review video of the Camber so you can see how everything works.
If you don't already have a trailer hitch installed on your 2018 Honda CR-V, I recommend going with the Draw-Tite # 76128 which provides the easiest installation of any of the hitches available for your CR-V and will provide you with a Class III hitch with a 2" receiver that will work with the Thule Roadway, as well as a number of other tilting hitch mounted racks.
For what it's worth, there isn't a truck mounted bike rack that you will be able to open the rear hatch of your vehicle when it's attached-with or without bikes. So if you need to get into the rear cargo area you'll need to take it off before attempting to open the door.
