Replacement Leaf Spring for Kodiak 160 Ultralight Camper

2007 Kodiak 160 camper GVLW is 3750 lb All the dimensions are very close to the existing one: C = 25 1/2 A = 12 3/4 D = 3 3/4 B = 13 1/2

Dimensionaly the leaf spring part # e44SR that you referenced would be perfect for your Kodiak 160 UltraLight camper. It's 1/4 inch shorter than the spring you measured which works out well since old springs stretch a bit over time. This is a spring designed for a 5,000 lb axle so it would be a bit stiff for your trailer that weighs 3,750 lbs.
So your best option is the leaf spring # e57SR which is the same dimensions but for a 4,000 lb axle which will better match your needs. Too stiff of a spring will cause the ride quality to be very harsh which is why it's best to have a spring capacity closer to the weight of the trailer.
