Low Profile Roof Rack and Cargo Basket for a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk

Which roof rack is the best for my 2015 Trailhawk? I have factory bars but not cross bars. I want to avoid cross bars otherwise the rack will sit too high

I do have an option for you but most options such as the Yakima LoadWarrior Roof Cargo Basket part # Y07070 will required a set of crossbars that extend up above the raised side rails. However, we do have the Yakima RailBar Roof Rack part # Y00447-0448 which will sit level with the side rails so you don't have to worry about added height. That said, you can only use the Yakima RailBar Roof Rack with a channel mounted cargo carrier because there is no space between the roof and bottom of the crossbar for a mounting clamp.

The Inno Shaper 100 Roof Cargo Basket part # INXA569 can mount to channels so it will work well with the Yakima RailBar Roof Rack on your 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. The Inno Shaper 100 Roof Cargo Basket is only 3" tall so that is all you will have sticking above the side rails.
