Connecting 7-Way on RV to 4-Way Round on Towed Vehicle with Even Brake System Installed
Question:
I have a even brake the wiring for the car is a 4 pin round male connector yellow left blinker green right blinker and white ground what is the brown . I have a 4 pin female to a 7 blade connector to rv.

The Roadmaster Even Brake Portable Supplemental Braking System # RM-9400 wires directly to the battery in your towed vehicle for power. If you have an adapter like the Roadmaster # RM-98164-7 that goes from the 7-Way on your RV to the 4-Way round on your vehicle you're good to go. The brown wire you mentioned is for the running lights.
Roadmaster does just recommend that you start the towed vehicle after towing for more than 6 hours and let it idle for 15-20 minutes to keep the battery charged.
