Cargo Carrier and Bike Rack Solution that Can be Used with Fun Finder Travel Trailer

We have a Ford F150 Lariat with a lift kit and a Fun Finder X,18 ft. travel trailer. Can we use this set up on both of the vehicles?

The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 Platform Bike Rack w/ Cargo Carrier # HR1450Z-85 that you referenced can be used in the trailer hitch of your truck but it's not rated for use at the rear of a camper like your Fun Finder as the ride quality there will be much rougher.
The closest bike rack solution we have then is the reinforced Swagman Dispatch part # S44FR which you'd use at the rear of the camper and then the A-frame platform # CC-255 would be a great choice to carry cargo above the jack on your trailer.
