The center to center dimension for all three bunk settings of the Malone WideTrakS Large Kayak/Canoe Cart with Balloon Wheels and Bunks # MPG521-S is 6 inches, 9 inches, and 12 inches.

How well will this fit an Old Town Sportsman 120 powered my Minnesota?

I was able to pull up the specs for your Old Town Sportsman 120 and I don't see any reason that the Malone WideTrakS Cart # MPG521-S wouldn't work really well to transport the kayak. I think this is a great solution.
