Correct Adapter to Use Pro Series Slider 5th Wheel Hitch On a 2020 GMC Sierra 2500

Question:

I understand the holes in the box have changed from previous models I had a 2016 GMC HD. I am hoping to use my old hitch. It is a Pro Series 15k slider.I need the rail kit/ slider for my new truck. What do you recommend? No RV dealers in my are have anything and we have a camping trip planned in two weeks. The truck has the pucks in the bed.

I have exactly what you need to reuse a Pro Series 15K Slider 5th Wheel Hitch on a 2020 GMC Sierra 2500, the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Chevy/GMC OEM part # DM6333. This adapter will drop right into the pucks in your truck bed and it will then provide a set of industry standard above bed rails for your hitch to mount to. This is currently the only adapter available for this at this time. It will not require any additional hardware to mount. The adapter will add a few inches to your current hitch height but all you would need to do is lower the hitch head down to the lowest setting and you would likely be just fine.
