Can Edge Evolution CTS2 Programmer Change Electronically Limited Top Speed of a Vehicle

I recently bought a edge evolution and was wanting to know how to up the top speed on my truck any suggestions?

The Edge Evolution is indeed capable of increasing the top speed if it's been electronically limited on some vehicles. The # EP85450 Evolution CTS2 can monitor or adjust many different performance parameters, but the things it can monitor and control will vary by vehicle.
