Do the Races Come Fully Seated in the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 84656uc3
Question:
I just purchased 4 hubs as noted above and found that the outer races were seated all the way. The inner races appeared not to be seated all the way they were flush with the first lip. Theres a gap in-between the race and the inner hub. Are the races fully seated on the inner side? Or do I need to drive the inner races until theres no gap ? Thanks.

I went out to the warehouse and checked our stock of hub and drum # 84656uc3. All of the units are just as you have described and the races are installed correctly. If you are looking at the inner race from the back side of the hub and drum, there will be a small space of smooth metal towards the center of the hub and then a rough patch right in the middle. Take a look at the pictures I have included.
