Comparing the Tekonsha Primus IQ and Tekonsha Prodigy P3 for a 2017 Forest River FR3 Motorhome
Question:
Will the 90195 and 3035-p fit my 2017 Forest River FR3 ? Is there a lesser expensive one available?

Helpful Expert Reply:
Yes, the Tekonsha Primus IQ Trailer Brake Controller part # TK90160 is a more cost effective option that works just as well as the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90195. The main difference is that the Prodigy P3 has a larger display and a few more boost settings but these are pretty much just extra bells and whistles. They will both be a plug and play fit for your 2017 Forest River FR3 Motorhome when used with the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers part # 3035-P.
