I believe you are asking about the dimensions between the mounting brackets of the quick-disconnect crossbar on the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar # RM-520, and they are spaced at 28-1/2 inches apart. The Falcon 2 is compatible with all Roadmaster base plates, and can be used with Blue Ox base plates with Adapter # RM-031.
