How to Fix Check Bulbs Error When Using LED Accessory with Factory Tow Package Connector
Question:
I have a 2017 Ford Expedition with Factory Tow Brake Controller, 7 way and 4 way connectors. I have a Bully hitch step with park/Brake light and if I connect it to the factory plug it gives me check bulb issues due to Leds Im sure, I just am looking at a way to make it work and not annoy me I wonder if this is added in will it still do the same?

I do have a great solution for you, however the Curt T-Connector Wiring harness # C55384 that you referenced will just tie into the existing factory tow circuits on your Expedition so it would lead to the same issues.
You are right though that the check bulb light is being triggered as a result of the low draw of the LEDs on your Bully Hitch Step. A really simple way to resolve this issue is to add the Curt Adapter # C35FR. This will plug right into the factory 7-Way on your Expedition to provide a 4-Way or 5-Way on the other side. The unique thing about this adapter is that it features integrated diodes that increase the amperage draw (to equal that of a standard incandescent), preventing that error message from coming up.
