How do you adjust the eye of the camera on the furrion FOC48TA-BL

The Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System part FOC48TA-B which was replaced by Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Backup Camera System part # FOS43TASF does allow you to make adjustments to the camera housing. The camera housing can be tilted up or down inside the bracket to give you a different viewing angle. I will say however that it does take a bit of force to tilt the camera up or down but this can be done so don't be afraid to use a bit more force.
I am not exactly sure I know what you meany by just the eye portion but the above is the only adjustment that can be made to the camera.
