I have a 2015 Cadillac XTS V6 all-wheel drive with 15,000 miles. Are there any chips that could improve MPG and possible improve acceleration when starting from a stand still.

We do have an option that will help you improve the gas mileage on your 2015 Cadillac XTS, though it is not a tuner, it is an advanced gauge display. The Edge Insight CS2 Comprehensive Gauge Display - Color Screen # EP84030 has a Mileage Coach which will allow you to get more MPG.
I have added a cut out of the linked instruction manual which shows how the Mileage Coach works for you.
