Will this work for my 2010 Mazda3 S with a sunroof? I currently have no rails or crossbars.

Yes! The SportRack Semi-Custom Roof Rack # SR1010 will fit on your 2010 Mazda 3 with a sunroof but you may find that you cannot operate the sunroof while this rack is attached- it is recommended that you take this roof rack off when not in use. This rack mounts with clamps/clips that sit in the door jams and then tighten down easily to give you the look and functionality of a permanent roof rack at a great price.
