Comparing the Timbrens and SumoSprings for a 2016 Ford F-250

Question:

I have a 2016 F250 Superduty 4WD 8foot bed. I pull a 5th Wheel 2018 Forest River Ultralite with a ~1,670lbs tung including the BW hitch. I am looking at two products that you sell and I am not sure which one to go with. I have looked at the weight limits which far exceed what I will need, but they are different. Need some advice. TFR250SDG and the SSR-114-54 Thanks in advance,

The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TFR250SDG and the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs part # SSR-114-54 are both great options for your 2016 Ford F-250. The Timbrens will provide more support therefore there will be less squat but the downside of this is that they are rather hard which can result in an uncomfortable ride. The SumoSprings on the other hand will provide slightly less support but they are also much softer which means you will still retain most of your ride quality.

In summary, it really comes down to how often you will be using them. If you tow every week with your truck then go with the Timbrens part # TFR250SDG but if you only tow once a month or so and then use the truck as a daily for the rest of the time then go with the SumoSprings part # SSR-114-54.
