New Spring Bars for Fastway E2 Weight Distribution for Toy Hauler with Two Motorcycles on Front
Question:
Hi, I have a fastway E2 hitch and have 800lb spring bars. My trailer is 3000lbs empty, 375lb tounge weight empty, and has a large toyhauler deck in the front I plan to haul 700lbs on 2 dirt bikes. The bikes are near the tounge, away from the axle. Im guessing my tounge weight will be around 1000+lbs fully loaded. Should I go with 1000lb bars? 1200lb bars? Id like to order ASAP to use this weekend. Ive used trailer with 800lb bars and 1 bike, this will be the first trip with 2 bikes.

Based on the unloaded tongue weight and the weight of your two dirt bikes the 1,200 lb Fastway spring bars would be what you'd need. For the trunnion style you'd need the part # FA92-01-1299 and you'd be set.
