The powered a-frame jack I recommend for a 6,800 lb trailer like yours is the Stromberg Carlson 5,000 lb powered jack part # JET-5000 that you referenced. This jack has more than enough capacity for your 6,800 lb trailer that would have 680 lb of tongue weight roughly. Trailer jacks like this are rated by lifting capacity of the jack. Jacks lift the tongue weight of the trailer so a 5,000 lb rated jack would easily lift 680 lbs. Going with a jack rated for lifting more weight than needed is a great idea as it allows the jack to work faster and in most cases last longer.
