Could Surco Folding Cargo Carrier # 52018F Clear Rear Spare of 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

Will this work on a 2014 Jeep Wrangler IMO 2.5” lift 285 75R16 Tires including spare?

Of the cargo carriers we offer the etrailer part # e98874 that you referenced has best clearance possible for fitting a Jeep Wrangler with a rear mounted spare. This has a distance of 19-1/2 inches from the center of it's hitch pin hole out to the nearest rail edge which typically is more than needed to fit past the spare of a Wrangler. You should measure to be sure but normally from the center of the hitch pin hole out to furthest point out on rear spare of a Wrangler is around 12 inches. Unfortunately, when folded this carrier only clears 9-1/2 inches so you would not be able to use it in the folded position.
