Wiring Wagan WC3720 Inverter to Two 12v Battery in Series
Question:
Since this inverter says 12 volt input will it accept my 12 volt batterys in series ? My 12 volt panels are wired in series

If you actually mean that they're wired in parallel, where they're providing more capacity but still putting out 12v of total power, the Wagan 1000w Power Inverter # WC3720 will work for your application. If these batteries are wired in series, which would give you a 24v output you would need to go with a 24v power inverter similar to the GoPower Industrial Pure Sine 1000w # 34279949 . This inverter provides a GFCI outlet for added safety, in addition to the added voltage capacity.
I'm attaching 2 diagrams that show the difference between parallel and series wiring of batteries.
