The aftermarket fifth wheel bed rail system that is the most like the factory puck system is the below bed Reese installation rails. The rails are designed for use with Reese Elite Series and Signature Series 5th wheel hitches. The 4 mounting holes of the rails sit flush with the bed much like the OEM puck system.
If you have a 6-1/2 ft bed I recommend installation rails part # RP30868 and Reese Elite Series Pre-Assembled hitch With Slider part # BWRVK3370.
If you have the 8 ft bed, I recommend the same rails RP30868 and Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer hitch part # RP30921. The M5 has a single-hook jaw design that gives you better contact with the king pin.
I recommend adding custom wiring harness part # C56000 that plugs in line with your 7-Way, extends to the truck bed and provides a 7-Way blade style connector in your truck bed.
