I pulled up the owners manual of your 2007 Pontiac Vibe and to tow it on a tow dolly like the # RM-2000-1 you need to put the transmission in park if it's an automatic or neutral if it's a manual. Clamp the steering wheel in the straight ahead position using the seat belt wrapped around the wheel a few times and then buckled. Next you'll pull the belt all the way out so that it engages the ratchet mechanism and you'll then pull it as tight as you can to the wheel so that the belt is locking straight ahead.

No fuses need to be pulled.

The hand brake would need to be released so that the rear wheels will be able to turn. Glad I could help!
