Can I Control the Prodigy P2 With In-Dash Settings On a 2015 Ford Expedition
Question:
I have my Prodigy P2 break controller that I was using in my 2010 Ford Expedition. I have since moved up to a 2015 Ford XLT Expedition. I have ordered the correct cable for the new vehicle and have access to the vehicle cable. I noticed that the menu on the vehicle has various settings and options built into their computer. Besides functioning as it did in the 2010 model, will it integrate into the new vehicle software? Thanks

The Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90885 while installed on your 2015 Ford Expedition with the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers part # 22292 will not integrate into any of the in-dash settings. The setup and adjustments will all need to be done though the physical device. The overall operating procedures will not change when compared to the 2010 Ford Expedition that the unit was previously installed in.
