It depends on the fuse that is protecting the 12 volt charge circuit on the 7-way. Since you have a factory towing package, take a look in the owner's manual for the fuse location of the trailer tow charge circuit and see what amp fuse that location has. Most factory packages have 30 amp fuses but you may have a 20 or a 40 depending on the vehicle.
