Convert-a-Ball Shank Length for a 2005 Toyota Tundra 2 Inch Thick Bumper
Question:
How tall is the nut and washer on the 1inch shank 105TB? From the most recent question answer by Jameson on the shank length it looks as though there is just over 3inch of thread. The question answer by Robert previous to the last on shank length contradicts this answer as it shows 3inch overall length including the 1/2inch on the end un-threaded. My bumper is 2inch thick. Will the washer and nut fit on that last 1inch or so? It might be useful to just show the bolt grip mount thickness. Thank you,

After confirming with the manufacturer directly, the overall length of the shank is 3 -1/2 inches with about 1-1/2 inches of the shank having no threading. For a 2-inch thick bumper they confirmed this will install fine for your 2005 Toyota Tundra.
Greasing a hitch ball isn't a bad idea also to reduce friction and noise. We carry the Reese White Grease Hitch Ball Lube # 58117 because of this.
