I have a 2019 ford f-250 which has a tonneau. i pull a fifth wheel and want a fifth wheel tailgate but am worried about leaving my bed open. the tonneau secures the bed. do you have any solution for this

There is a great solution for protecting the truck bed of your 2019 Ford F-250 while still using a fifth wheel tailgate.

What you can do is use the Stromberg Carlson 4000 Series 5th Wheel Louvered Tailgate with Lock for Ford Trucks # VG-15-4000 along with the Louvered Tailgate Insert # VI-4000. For even more security you can use the Louver Insert Kit # 4000-V which you will mount between the louvers in the tailgate so nobody can see what is in your truck bed.

This insert can simply be removed by adjusting bolts when you want to hit the road with your fifth wheel trailer, and put back on when you aren't towing. It is simple to use and since the fifth wheel tailgate locks, using it with the insert allows you to secure the bed of your F-250.
