Solution for Needing Replacement Converter Box for Trailer Wiring in 2012 Chrysler Town and Country
Question:
One of the wires going into my Modulite box is exposed and I believe that is shorting out the system. Left vehicle running light is out and fuse at battery keep blowing. Disconnecting trailer harness from tail light fixes problem, so I know it’s a trailer harness issue. What part number would replace just the Modulite box. The brown wire is exposed 1/4” from the box and the box is plastic welded so I can’t just make a fresh connection. All other wires 4-pole, black power, and taillight connectors are all good, I just want to splice in a new box. I have a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country. Thanks.

Our trailer wiring manufacturers don't offer just replacement modules for their kits so the best solution to replace the bad converter box you have on your 2012 Chrysler Town and Country is going to be the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56331.
