I recommend Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # 13703 for the Airstream. This Curt hitch is designed for RVs 22" to 72" wide and is compatible with RVs that have a box frame, C-channel frame, or I-beam frame. I have attached an installation video for your reference. Please keep in mind the hitch is designed for carrying accessories such as bike racks that are rated for the use on the back of a travel trailer.
Hidden Hitch Class II Trailer Hitch with Drawbar # 90092 is a hitch that fits Mercury Cougar and Ford Thunderbirds.
