Custom Installation Brackets 50043-6008 for a 2004 Ford F-250 Super Duty

On a 04 f250 CC SB Will the custom brackets place the pin location where it goes over the center of the axle or in front of it?

If your truck is not a cab and chassis model truck (no bed from factory) this kit will work on your truck provided the bed is six feet or longer. I have provided a link below to instructions for the 50060-6008 and they show where the rails will be placed in the bed and where the center of the hitch will be located; just in front of the center of the wheel wells. These are not the instructions for the product you chose but the center of the fifth wheel will be very close as this is the best position for towing.
