The best universal trailer hitch we offer is the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13703. The frame brackets that you have now would most likely need to be removed to install this trailer hitch. It would appear that the brackets are for a trailer hitch but we do not have anything that would attach to them therefore the only option we can offer is for you to remove them and install the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver.
If you have a 4" x 4" rear bumper then you can use the Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver part # E-100 and not have to worry about removing the frame brackets.
