Can BoatBuckle Boat Winch Strap # IMF05848 be Used on 3,650 lb Boat

Question:

Im confused, in the notes section it says, item being towed must not exceed the WLL of the strap being used. Then it goes and says the WLL is always 1/3 of the maximum load. This strap has a WLL of 1333lbs, my boat weighs 3650lbs without the trailer so my boat exceeds the WLL of the strap but is is about 1/3 of the maximum load, I have wooden bunker boards and use ramps with varying degrees on decline. Is this the strap i should use or is there another better suited for my conditions, thanks in advance

What's interesting also about straps that secure boats to trailers is that in the event you need the strap the boat would be pulling on the strap which would then only need the capacity to lift the weight of the trailer since the boat is attached to the trailer...

So long story short the BoatBuckle Boat Winch Strap # IMF05848 that has a break strength of 4,000 lbs would easily work well on your boat that weighs 3,650 lbs.
