Grease Fitting Locations for Curt A20 Fifth Wheel Hitch
Question:
Can you tell me where the Curt A20 grease fittings are located? Also, what type of grease should I use and must I have a grease gun to do it?

The zerk fittings for the Curt A20 hitch part # C16140 are located on the front of each jaw.The jaws must be in the closed and locked position for the zerks to be accessible. They are kind of hard to see but I attached a picture that points them out.
Curt recommends high pressure grease like the part # L11465. If you need a grease gun we have part # L30200.

How do you close the jaws to lubricate the grease zerts WITHOUT having the 5th wheel trailer attached, since its the pressure of the 5th wheel pin box that closes the jaws? It would be easier to accesss the grease zerts WITHOUT having the 5th wheel trailer attached. Thanks.
