The design of the head unit is the difference between the two fifth wheel hitches you mention. The Pro series uses a double jaw set-up to lock the king pin into place, while the Reese model uses a single hook that holds the king pin more tightly, preventing any movement of the king pin that would be felt by the driver or passengers.
The funnel on the Reese unit is also much wider, which makes hitching the vehicle to the trailer easier. The entire top plate is wider, providing more stability and contact with the 5th wheel pin box.
Either unit would serve you well, but the Reese hitch would be easier to use and would provide a smoother ride due to the more positive connection between the king pin and the hitch jaws.
