I checked with Air Lift and unfortunately the LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs # AL57538 you referenced will not fit your 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500 Cab and Chassis and there's not a way to make them compatible. There aren't any air springs available that will fit the cab and chassis model of your truck.

Your best option for adding rear suspension enhancement is with jounce-style springs. I highly recommend the Timbren Rear Suspension # TGMRCK25D that uses Aeon hollow rubber springs that provide excellent load support while reducing any sag you might be getting from heavy cargo. These simply replace the factory bump stops on the Silverado so it's a really simple installation process and they won't require any adjustments or maintenance once they're in place like with air springs.
