Helpful Expert Reply:
According to page 220 of the online version of the owner's manual for your 2015 Ford Fusion S you must use a tow dolly for a front-wheel drive vehicle.
For your application I recommend using the Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly # DM9713045 because it comes fitted with disc brakes, it has folding ramps and the tongue stows away for storage at home or the campsite, plus it has a steerable axle which allows your Fusion to track directly behind your motorhome. This is one of the best tow dollies on the market and it comes with everything that you need to get you on the road.
Attached is a review video to check out. I also recommend checking your copy of the owner's manual for any specifics regarding towing your Fusion.
