The B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3400-5W weighs about 282 lbs while the Custom Underbed Installation Kit # BWGNRK1116-5W for your 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty weighs in at about 143 lbs. I reached out to my contact at B&W who confirmed this so you will be adding about 425 lbs to your pickup.
Since you don't have the factory towing system installed I recommend adding the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness with 7-Pole Plug # 41157 as well. This gives you a 7-Way connector in the bed of your pickup to make connecting/disconnecting your trailer much easier.
