Nope! You do not need additional wire to link the separate light strips of the LED Light Strip Kit with Wireless RF Remote - Weatherproof - Dimmable - 7 Color - 16' Long # DG52688BU. It comes with a pair of 4-pin connectors that you use which will allow you to connect your light strips.
