Availability of Replacement Remote for Jensen RV Stereo
Question:
I have a2011 Brookstone 5th wheel. It has a Jennsen remote control. I tried buying a universal RCA to use. It want work. Can I order another Jennsen remote and from where.

We offer replacement Jensen RV stereo remotes with the Replacement Service Pack # JWM60A which is the correct remote for the stereos AWM968 or AWM975 but without knowing which specific stereo you have it's hard for me to know for sure if this is the correct fit. If you can let me know which stereo you have I can check to see what we have that would work.
Jensen has acknowledged to us that universal style remotes do not work well with their stereos.
