How To Run the Power Wire for a Trailer Wiring Harness on a 2019 Toyota RAV4

Now that I finally have my 2019 Rav4 Hybrid, Im ready to order. In our previous correspondence, You pointed out that the Curt Class III was the best hitch, but I also need the wiring.. You stated that the #119250KIT used clamps rather than splicing, so I would probably go with that. My question is how difficult is it to route the cable from the rear to the battery in front? Do the instructions specify a route?

I have great news for you. There has since been a plug-in trailer wiring harness released for your 2019 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, the Curt Wiring Harness part # C56434 so this is now what I would use along with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13416.
In regards to routing the power wire, this will be up to you as the instructions do not specify an exact route for this. However, we have a help article that gives some really good pointers and I have attached this for you. Since you have a Hybrid, you will want to use the starter battery to power the harness.
