Installing the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Receiver Hitch # 75774 on your 2013 Mercedes-Benz GLK350 does not require any type of modification to the vehicle. This hitch will line right up to existing holes in the vehicle's frame for a simple bolt-on (no-drill) installation.
I have attached an installation video on the 2014 model GLK-Class that you can use for reference. The process should be just about identical for your 2013 model. The written instructions are also attached.
