The Drive RV Stereo # 324-000031 only has the yellow composite plug for video. The Pb/Cb and Pr/Cr plugs don't exist on this so they would simply not be used for your TV.
It doesn't look like any of our RV stereos have those outputs so you will either need to ignore them like I mentioned above or use a DVD player that does use those outputs.
