No Power To Lights On Trailer
Question:
Im getting no power to one of my trailers, but I believe that my truck is OK because, if I plug it into another trailer, everything works fine on that trailer. The problem must be in the the first trailer. So, how to I proceed?

If you are not getting power to any of the trailer lights then your issue is most likely with the trailer plug. The first thing you will want to do is remove the ground, sand down the surface, and attach with new hardware. If this does not fix your problem then you will want to make sure the wires are secured leading into the plug and that there is no corrosion inside the pins. If still no power then begin tracing the wires back to each light while checking for breaks. If no breaks are found then reground each of the trailer lights as well but up to the main trailer ground for the trailer connector.
