Recommended 5th Wheel Hitch Compatible with Recessed Gooseneck on CM Brand Flat Bed Truck Body?

I already have the 21k Demco hijacker hitch. It is currently installed in my 2014 Ram 3500 with permanent rails. Im sure this part is compatible with my hitch but here is my question: I have just ordered a 2019 Ram 4500 with a CM brand, RD model, steel flatbed. This bed comes with a BandW turnover ball. However, the ball sits inside a recessed box with a cover over it. The cover can be removed but my question is - is this part compatible with a flatbed that has a recessed box for the gooseneck ball?

The Demco 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitches # DM6140 is not compatible with a recessed ball. It is compatible with a Demco hijacker hitch like # DM6076P-UL-21K, but not the Hijacker Autoslide hitch like # DM8550035.
My recommendation for your application is to use the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter for Recessed Ball - Single Jaw - 21,000 lbs # DM8550046. This hitch is specifically designed for that application. There is not another adapter that is a better option for the recessed gooseneck and 5th wheel hitch.
