It sounds like you're looking for replacement drum brakes for your boat trailer that has 14-inch rims and tires in size ST205/75R14 on its 3500-lb axle. We have both electric and hydraulic drums brake kits for 3500-lb axles and since you referenced a surge coupler # T4339720 I will be happy to recommend appropriate hydraulic brakes. For a cost-effective set of left/right brakes you can use part # AKUBRK-35. You'll need one kit for each axle on the trailer. These 10-inch brakes will work fine with your 14-inch wheels.
