Sounds like you are looking for an adapter to go from the OEM Ram rail kit in your 2018 Ram 2500 to a standard fifth wheel rail kit. For that we have the Reese part # RP30154 which is designed for this application specifically.
The Curt you mentioned does not fit your truck as it fits aftermarket gooseneck hitches.
